- Individuals from new nonprofit organizations (less than 5 years)
- Organizations that have not undergone Strategic Planning before
Advanced Track/Breakout Room
Learning Goals:
- Reflecting on past strategic planning sessions to improve the experience for all stakeholders
- Knowing the right people, tools and experts to bring into the process
- Create steps to ensure follow through of the outcomes.
Who Should Choose the Advanced Track?
- Individuals from nonprofit organizations at least 5 years old
- Organizations that have undergone Strategic Planning before
